The Wood River Community Association is an non-profit corporation which is committed to promoting the health, safety, education, culture, recreation, comfort, convenience, and the general welfare, of the members within the community. The Association also is committed to providing for the maintenance, preservation and architectural control of the Residence Lots, Common Properties and Common Facilities.
